The hotel was situated in a very quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were fantastic. The manager, Putu, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. She arranged various services for me, including taxi pick-up, laundry, and scooter rental. She was always available to fulfill my requests and her exceptional service made me feel valued as a guest.

I've got to say, Pondok Wira in Ubud was an amazing find for the value! The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice secluded feel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was great with cafes nearby and a temple that holds kecak dance on Sundays. Definitely recommend it!

The only small improvement for the breakfast would be to have a bit larger portions. The food was delicious and different every day, but a little more of it would have been perfect.

The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails provided throughout the property, making it easy to navigate.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and offer assistance when needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming guesthouse. the family who runs it is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even recommended their cousin as a driver for a day, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. the pool was great, with both shallow and deeper areas. the air conditioning in our room was amazing, ensuring a comfortable stay. the bed was a perfect size and the room and bathroom were spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
